Meduseld the Golden Hall Lord of the Ring linocut print
Description:
"Amidst a weaving of dark and radiant lines rises Meduseld, the Golden Hall, its gables carved with runes and knotwork, steadfast upon its stone foundations, a burning heart at the center of the Riddermark. Its beams thrust upward, defying the skies, while the banner of the White Horse streams in the wind, a herald of freedom and of battle.
On either side, as echoes of an intertwined fate, other visions take shape. High in the distance, the mountains flare with fire: the beacons of Gondor, sparks that break the night, urgent messengers calling for aid from the people of the horse-lords. A silent cry that crosses the peaks, summoning an alliance forged in loyalty.
Below, the thunder of hooves becomes a storm: the charge of the Rohirrim surges across the fields of Pelennor, steeds adorned as if wrought by master hands, fierce incarnations of strength and fidelity. Manes flow like flames, eyes blaze with resolve, and the courage of the sons of Rohan rises as a tide to break upon the darkness.
And at the center, watching as a sign of power and of destiny, rests the sword of King Théoden: a noble and terrible blade, emblem of royalty and of oath fulfilled. It is no mere weapon, but the very voice of a people answering the call, a bulwark against the shadow of Sauron pressing forth from Mordor.
And not far away, silent as a song of farewell, stands the tomb of Théodred, the fallen son of the King, blanketed in the white blossoms of Simbelmynë that never fade. Those pale petals, like stars upon the green mounds, speak of sorrow and of honor, an undying memory of a sacrifice that lives on in the heart of Rohan.
Thus the image binds in a single vision the grandeur of the past, the echo of the present, and the flame of the future: the Golden Hall, the beacons that call, the desperate gallop of the riders, and the eternal rest of the fallen heir. A tapestry of destiny and of glory, etched like a saga beyond the reach of time".

Print Dimensions: 42cm x 56cm
Limited edition of 100 prints, numbered and signed by the artist Andrea.
This is a limited artisan edition.
This is not a print made by a printer, but a handmade work, as ancient traditions have taught us.
The matrix is engraved by hand, and the print is made using a roller press, also by hand.
Nothing technological, just paper, ink and a lot of passion, a process that takes days, from engraving to printing, to achieve this result.
The prints all differ in certain details, including colour intensity and minor imperfections, all of which are due to the craftsmanship involved in their production.
The matrix does not produce infinite copies, so all prints are, by their very nature, limited editions.
These prints are collector's items for true admirers of Tolkien's works.
The visual pleasure and display on the wall have a completely different effect compared to printed posters.
